Shipping policy

Where we ship: We ship within the United States only, including PO boxes (USPS only, since UPS doesn't deliver to PO boxes).

Processing time: Orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates: Free shipping on orders of $199.99 or more. For smaller orders, live USPS and UPS rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and order size.

How we pack your cards: Raw singles go in a penny sleeve and top loader, sealed in a team bag, in a protected mailer or box. Graded slabs are sleeved, bubble-wrapped and boxed. Sealed product is wrapped and boxed to protect corners and shrink wrap.

Tracking: Every order ships with tracking. If it hasn't updated in 5 business days, contact us and we'll follow up with the carrier.

Lost or damaged packages: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and keep the packaging until it's resolved. If tracking shows delivered but you don't have it, check with neighbors and your post office, then reach out and we'll help with a carrier claim.

Wrong address: Please double check your address at checkout. We can update it only before the order ships. Packages returned because of an incorrect address are reshipped at the customer's cost.
