Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States, including PO boxes (PO box orders ship via USPS). We don't currently offer international shipping through this website.

How fast will my order ship?
Most orders ship in 1–2 business days, Monday to Friday excluding holidays. Every order ships with tracking, and you'll get the tracking information by email when your order ships.

How much is shipping?
US shipping is free on orders of $199.99 or more. Below that threshold, shipping is calculated at checkout at live USPS and UPS rates.

How is my order packed?
Raw singles ship in a penny sleeve, top loader, and team bag. Graded slabs ship in a protective sleeve, bubble-wrapped and boxed. Sealed product ships wrapped and boxed. We pack every order the way we'd want our own cards to arrive.

Is the graded slab in the photos the exact one I'll receive?
Yes. Every slab is photographed individually, and the exact slab pictured is the one that ships to you.

How do you describe condition on raw singles?
The photos show the actual card for sale. Check them closely, and if you'd like more detail — or extra photos — email us at focus.collectibles@gmail.com before ordering and we'll help.

Can I return a card?
Graded cards, raw singles, and sealed product are final sale, because each card is a unique item. If your order arrives damaged, we sent the wrong item, or the item is materially different from its photos and description, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right. Supplies can be returned within 30 days, in the same condition they were received, with return shipping at the customer's expense. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Do you sell on other platforms?

Do you buy cards or take trade-ins?
We consider buying singles, graded slabs, sealed product, and collections, and we consider trade-ins — always at our discretion, and we're never obligated to make an offer. If you'd like us to take a look, email focus.collectibles@gmail.com with photos and a list of what you have.
